Ever since I was a child, I have had a love of baking. Some of my fondest memories were of being in the kitchen with my mother, making everything from homemade bread to wonderful cookies and cakes. One of my favorite Christmas presents was my Easy Bake Oven. Watching my creations baking over an ordinary lightbulb was just magical. I have passed that love of baking and creativity onto my daughter, Jenifer. We've spend many happy hours together in the kitchen, swapping stories and recipes. Now she's a mom herself and no doubt will be baking with her son someday.
